As a young man, Carl was a skilled heavy equipment operator and also worked four years for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline system. After working the pipeline, he returned to his home in Seattle, and through his entrepreneurial drive and leadership, he became the owner of two successful construction companies
Carl began purchasing desert properties in the mid 90's and fell in love with our desert paradise, and made a permanent move here in 2000. With his extensive background in all facets of construction, paired with his interest in real estate, it just made sense to put that expertise to work selling real estate.
As a top producer, Carl has represented countless satisfied buyers and sellers throughout our Desert Valley, with concentration in La Quinta, Indian Wells, Palm Desert and Indio. He is intimately familiar with our country clubs and gated communities, together with valuations, club memberships, amenities, etc.
When representing either a buyer or a seller, Carl is devoted to all the "details" involved in a real estate transaction.
