Carl & Teresa were introduced by a mutual friend while vacationing in Hawaii in the early 90’s.  They felt an instant connection and were inseparable for the duration of their trip. Carl's great smile, warm laugh and genuine joy for life caught Teresa's attention.  Teresa's intelligence, playful personality, and her love for family melted Carl's rugged exterior.  From the moment you meet these two high-spirited individuals, you can tell they truly are a perfect complement to each other.  They share a sense of fun that is contagious to anyone around them, and they try to live life to the fullest every day!

Though Carl & Teresa definitely know how to have fun, they are also serious business professionals who bring years of experience to the table.  As a young man, Carl was a skilled heavy equipment operator and also worked four years for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline system.  After working the pipeline, he returned to his home in Seattle and through his entrepreneurial drive and leadership, he became the owner of two successful construction companies. Teresa was born and raised in a small farming community in Minnesota, and built her professional reputation as a paralegal and administrator for a law firm in Minneapolis specializing in real estate.  She was also a contracts manager for a pharmaceutical company in Seattle, adding to her consummate knowledge of contracts, and further bringing to this business strong negotiating skills.

With Carl’s extensive background in all facets of construction, paired with Teresa's considerable legal and real estate experience, it just made sense to put that expertise to work for them in a career as real estate professionals serving the Desert Cities of La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and Rancho Mirage.  Carl & Teresa provide a higher standard of service due not only to their experience and knowledge, but also because they truly care about their clients' best interests.  They are at the forefront of the industry, and work directly from the heart.
